Physiotherapy also know as physical therapy. It uses different physical methods such as massage, remedial exercise, cold & hot exercise to make patient pain free. Physiotherapy cope with pain, and restore person’s health and movement after injury. Physiotherapy uses innumerable techniques for the betterment of mobility and movement. To improve strength, exercise need to be done after Physiotherapy. Some exercise needs to be followed after Physiotherapy: 1 Hand and Arm Exercise: Move the hand, arm and wrist at full range of motion thrice a day. Lightly stretching the tight muscles and holding for few seconds will improve the flexibility. 2 Hip Movement: Dislocated, fractured or an operated hip require functional training after therapy.
