Laser therapy uses specific wavelength of light to stimulate healing. This treatment can reduce inflammation, muscle fatigue and pain.

5.     Functional Electrical Stimulation
Best for: Restoring muscles strength

Electric stimulation also refers to ESTIM. It’s a common treatment option to restore muscular function injury. This leads to restoring proper movement and function.

Exercise
Best For: Any injury to stay healthy after treatment

Exercise is good strategy to treat and prevent pain. Exercise help patient to move better by strengthening muscles and addressing muscles imbalance.
